Driver's License must show upon rental (no exceptions) 
- Single riders only for Mopeds/Scooters in the State of Hawaii.
- Credit Card (Visa, MC, AMEX, DISC) for Deposit
- If under 18, parents must accompany you on rental.

Many of our riders have no experience. If you can ride a bicycle, more than likely you can ride a Scooter. Just a twist and go throttle, Scooters are easy to operate. We train all inexperienced renters very thoroughly in our parking lot. If at the end of training, you are not able to continue, no problem, there is no obligation to rent.
We offer PGO Buddy Scooters in our rental fleet. All Scooters are 49cc. The maximum speed is around 30-35mph. Completely street legal with signals, horn, and headlight. All Scooters come with storage under seat for your towel, bag, or snorkel gear. We provide bike locks to secure your Scooter during your hike, shopping or beach going.
